  My visit to orthopedist Mohamed Salem was a complete waste of time. Communication in Polish is very poor, and despite repeated attempts to ask questions, I received no specific, understandable answers. The doctor was unable to explain either the diagnosis or the next steps, which is absolutely unacceptable when visiting a child. I left the office without any knowledge of what was wrong with my child or what we should do next. Ultimately, I have to see another orthopedist for a reliable consultation. After reading other parents' reviews, I see that my case is not an isolated one; many people describe identical problems: lack of communication, lack of explanations, chaotic visits, and the need to correct the "diagnosis" with another specialist. Unfortunately, this confirms that this is not a one-off issue. I strongly advise against visiting him, especially for parents who expect professionalism, clear communication, and real help, not a feeling of wasted time and stress.

  Unfortunately, my experience with the phone registration was very negative. I waited a total of over an hour for a call—about 20 minutes as the second person in line and another 20 minutes as the first person in line. After answering, the call was disconnected without any further information. After redialing, I only found myself in 13th place in the queue. I believe the registration system needs to be better organized. If the current staffing levels aren't sufficient, it's worth considering hiring additional staff.

  Dentist Ciepielewska, who made a completely incorrect diagnosis, said there was no germ under the baby tooth. Despite showing an X-ray, she said she couldn't see anything. She said I needed to see an orthodontist, preferably in Lublin, for a panoramic X-ray and perhaps an implant, or to try to keep and save the baby tooth as long as possible. Fortunately, that same day, I found a wonderful dentist who immediately saw with the naked eye that a permanent tooth was already growing. The baby tooth was removed literally with light pressure from just one side, in a second. My daughter didn't even feel a thing.

  I've seen two "specialists" at this clinic and I'll never go back. It took me over five minutes to get through, and supposedly that quickly. I have the impression that the doctors working there are incompetent. Dr. Krzewicka, or someone like her, needs a specialist in her own specialty. Not only is she 40 minutes late, but she also doesn't listen to my patients' complaints. She claimed that my problems were my own fault and that she wouldn't hear what I had to say. She said she wasn't there to listen to supposedly demanding patients. Hello. Patients on the National Health Fund (NFZ) are just like everyone else. If a doctor is having a bad day, I recommend seeing a specialist, hopefully not one like this one. People don't come to the clinic for coffee, they come for help. I didn't get any. And I won't let a doctor yell at me because he doesn't like my choice of words. It's a joke what's happening.

  A few weeks ago, I witnessed a dangerous incident near the Rehabilitation Center at Górnicza Street 3. Near the pizzeria, an elderly woman tripped over protruding tree roots and fell, striking the sidewalk with her front (scratched face, swollen arm). Before I knew it, two rehabilitation workers rushed to her, gathering her groceries, helped her up, and took her to the facility. I know from a friend who was undergoing treatment that the woman received better care than in the hospital—they may have even saved her life, because she began to faint upon entering the facility. It would have been worse if it had happened on the street, if she had miraculously gotten up on her own after the fall. She was even taken to the hospital emergency room by one of the rehabilitation workers... A true hero doesn't wear a cape. Kudos to the women! 👍👍 I think I'll go in person to congratulate the women and Mr. Kusy, a treasure of his staff! 👏👏
