  W dniu 30.12 o godzinie 17:10 kontaktowałam się telefonicznie z rejestracją w celu zapisania się na wizytę do lekarza rodzinnego po skierowanie. Niestety rozmowa ta była dla mnie bardzo nieprzyjemna. Pani, z którą rozmawiałam, w sposób wyraźny nie chciała mnie zapisać na wizytę, a jej zachowanie było nieuprzejme i lekceważące. Zamiast dokonać rejestracji, byłam wielokrotnie wypytywana o powód wizyty w sposób nachalny i nieodpowiedni, co wykraczało poza obowiązki rejestracji. Ton rozmowy był nieprzyjemny, a sposób komunikacji sprawiał wrażenie braku szacunku wobec pacjenta. Jako pacjentka oczekuję profesjonalnej, uprzejmej obsługi, zwłaszcza że kontakt z placówką medyczną często wiąże się ze stresem. Takie podejście jest niedopuszczalne i nie powinno mieć miejsca w przychodni, która ma służyć pacjentom.

  The clinic is a mess.... Patients are scheduling appointments with the ENT every 10 minutes.... And there's a break of about 5 minutes (if not more) between patients.... This results in a delay of over an hour....from what the patients who waited with us for an appointment at this office told me, it's standard....A nightmare.... What's the point of telling patients to come at a specific time when they have to wait over an hour in the hallway.... Let's respect each other and each other's time...

  I've only recently joined this clinic. I'm delighted with all my visits, the kindness of the ladies at the GP's registration desk, and the rehabilitation. I also had tests done through coordinated care. Dr. Przegaliński, a cardiologist, was great, and of course, the lady at the E-KG lab was great. The entire staff deserves praise. Thank you, M.   Getting an appointment with a family doctor is next to impossible. I've always heard, "The appointment is next week, but you can come in and ask if the doctor will see you." As far as I know, children under 4 years old must be seen within 48 hours. Unfortunately, with a 3-year-old, I've also heard, "The appointment is next week, but you can come in and ask if the doctor will see you." I've been transferred to a different clinic. I don't recommend this family doctor's clinic.

  I made an appointment with a gynecologist in December. I wanted to make an appointment for an IUD. I went for my first appointment, had a Pap smear and an ultrasound. I was told to wait for the results and make an appointment. So I did. The receptionist simply made an appointment, so I arrived, only to discover that I needed a prescription for the IUD and an appointment based on my cycle (meaning the receptionist should have connected me with the doctor's office). In the meantime, I mentioned my worrying symptoms, was sent for tests, and the IUD was postponed (which I understand; there are important and more important things). I made an appointment to discuss the results. The receptionist suggested a teleconsultation almost two months later. Today, I had the teleconsultation, where I learned that we would be discussing the results in person. It's September—I don't have an IUD and I don't know what's wrong with me.
