My disabled mother (she's a non-ambulatory patient) is a patient of Dr. Skrobisz. During her last visit, the doctor suggested another online appointment. I'd like to emphasize that the doctor is a competent and empathetic doctor. A week earlier, I called the clinic to request such an appointment, and the receptionist told me to call on Tuesday, stating that there wouldn't be any problem. Today, Tuesday, I called from 8:14 to 15:40, and the problem was huge. It turns out the receptionist said, "The doctor only offers online appointments for pregnant women." I don't know how and who decides on the appointment, the receptionist or the doctor, and who is more important there? I gather that the receptionist is the most important person there, and the position she currently holds is definitely not sufficient for her abilities! It's sad that such contact with the facility affects the entire opinion.

The receptionist is very pleasant and patient with elderly patients. I've often witnessed patients behaving unfavorably for some unknown reason. 🤷🏼♀️ Diabetes care is also of a high standard (Dr. Emilia Skrobisz-Wikło). The clinic is neat and clean.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Maria Roza (Cybulska), a gynecologist. I have no complaints about the visit or registration process. However, I don't understand why the clinic has a large advertisement for homeopathy and bioresonance next to the doctors' offices. From what I understand, this pseudo-test is also available. Putting it next to specialists' offices undermines the authority of the entire facility and, above all, leads to disinformation. This "testing" method is completely unscientific, non-diagnostic, and amounts to defrauding patients. Manipulating a suffering person for financial gain is simply despicable and inhumane.

The clinic runs very efficiently. For both the first and second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, I waited only 5 minutes, and the procedure itself went smoothly. The staff demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly attitude toward patients.

I don't know how this clinic operates when it's carrying out its normal duties. However, it does know how it operates when conducting Covid vaccinations. This is a disaster. Delays, patients being admitted in groups "please print out your Covid passport – please come back tomorrow." Previously, during vaccinations, I witnessed vaccinated individuals having to fill out the card they received after the procedure themselves...
