  I went to this clinic today after having a bicycle accident because I needed to see a doctor for my injuries. Unfortunately, the registration staff treated me very rudely and refused to register me as a patient. Instead, I was told to go to the emergency hospital, even though I clearly explained that I just wanted medical advice from a doctor. This is not the first time I have experienced unfriendly or unhelpful behavior here, especially as an immigrant. When someone is in pain and looking for medical help, they should be treated with respect and empathy, not with rudeness and rejection. I hope the management will take this seriously and improve the way patients are welcomed and treated, regardless of their background. Everyone deserves basic dignity and access to healthcare.

  At first I won’t give even one star but its not possible. This is the worst clinic I have seen in my life, the patients fight for their lives, but when you go to this clinic, the first lie you hear from the reception department is about your appointment. The patients are dying, but they cannot make an appointment with the doctor within a month. When you call the clinic's cell phone to make an appointment, they never answer. They told you that we make appointments with the doctor for the patients starting at 08:00 in the morning. I was here at 08:05 but They say that all doctors are busy today and appointments have been made for today. There is no way to make appointments in five minutes for all day. It is the right of every sick patient to see a doctor on time. Polish government should do something about this clinic.

  Avoid this healthcare facility. We arrived with a child with a high fever, having had encephalomyelitis, and were dismissed as a "system failure." The rude nurse said she didn't know how long the repairs would take and that it would be best if we went elsewhere. The staff showed no interest in the child's health and didn't write a hospital referral. Fortunately, at the clinic in Ursynów, they referred us immediately. If anything happened to the child, the entire staff would be held accountable for failing to provide assistance. They have more luck than sense...

  I don't recommend taking your child to the emergency room at night... because it's no help! The nurse prejudges the idea of ​​not bringing your child in at night, that you should have gone to the doctor earlier, and that they generally won't help your child because there's no pediatrician. The tone and manner in which she expresses her obvious displeasure that anyone showed up at the clinic are ironic and unpleasant. First, she scolded me for coming, and when I canceled, I was told I was an irresponsible mother... a disgrace. I should add that this isn't the first time the same person has "greeted" us this way... last time, the doctor was excellent, for which we are grateful. After this incident, we went to Pruszków, where, despite the lack of a pediatrician, we were warmly welcomed and cared for!! Maybe it would be worth contacting Pruszków and learning a little empathy.
