  Time has stopped here. The receptionist thinks she's a god, telling them to hush up the little kids because the doctor sees them, even though the same doctor sees little kids (!), which generally interrupts her conversations on the phone, which she constantly conducts on her cell phone. There are many places where empathy for the patient is non-existent.

  On January 4th, I placed an order for the medications I take regularly. On January 12th, I still didn't have a prescription. After two hours of trying to reach someone who could explain this, I learned that the registration office had set the deadline for my prescription for January 15th. I don't understand this delay and feel completely helpless with the system operating this way.

  I'd like to address the issue of prescribing medications, especially since in my case these are permanent medications and I don't think there should be any problems with that. However, every time recently, when the nurse wants the medication, she's kind enough to prescribe it because it's actually a kindness on her part, maybe the doctor, maybe the nurse doesn't want to take up the doctor's time because I think that taking up time to prescribe medication is taking up the doctor's time, which I also believe there are more important issues and more important diseases or situations that doctors should deal with than prescribing permanent medications. Currently, I've been waiting for two days for medication for hypertension, and the person on the hotline said that the clinic has up to a week to prescribe the medication. This is just a farce, and the laughter in the room. Just to click and send a new prescription with the same medication is simply a nightmare at this clinic. God forbid you use something like this because it means you have to order the medication a month in advance to simply have enough. It's just a nightmare. I hope someone reads this and finally sorts it out so I don't waste the doctor's time and so the nurse or someone else does. She could have just clicked and sent another prescription with the same medications. It's downright... I don't know, unacceptable these days. What can I say? These medications are only for high blood pressure, and if people have other situations, they also have to wait a week. Come on, people, we're in the 21st century. You created this hotline, you made it convenient. Kudos to you for that, but I don't think it's about having to wait a week for a prescription.

  The ladies at the clinic on Romera 4, the physiotherapist, are incredibly kind. Marta P., a young, experienced physiotherapist, is very conscientious about the patients she practices with. They do not do favors and adjust the rehabilitation hours to the patient's work hours, so they can get the most out of their treatments and exercises. Rehabilitation is a must. Bravo to the ladies for their professional work ❤️💪💪💪

  An ultrasound performed by a radiologist revealed a lump in my right breast, so I went back to Dr. Naorniakowski for another ultrasound referral to monitor the lump. He refused to issue a referral and wouldn't explain why. Another time, when Dr. Naorniakowski personally performed a uterine ultrasound, he determined I had a polyp in my uterus, which another ultrasound (performed by a different doctor before a planned surgical procedure to remove the polyp) had not confirmed. The polyp turned out to be a bicornuate uterus, meaning Dr. Naorniakowski mistook an anatomical uterine abnormality for a polyp. I don't recommend this doctor; he's terrible!
