  A terribly ruined day after a visit to the X-ray room – cabin no. 2. The woman who started work around 8:20 a.m., with some sick satisfaction, only informed the patient after the patient had been irradiated that the doctor ordered an X-ray that didn't match the description of the injury (sic!!!) and sent the patient to train the doctor on what to write on the referral! The injury was described as a rib fracture, and the referral was for a chest X-ray. So I received a dose of radiation for no reason at all, as the woman claimed she'd seen the description. When I suggested she call the doctor and explain her problem, that's when the real trouble began. She screamed at me that she wouldn't be going anywhere, wouldn't be calling, because that's not her job! That's how the entire healthcare system works these days! The healthcare worker doesn't care AT ALL that the patient is suffering and needs help. She simply administers a dose of radiation, knowing full well it will prove pointless. Her only concern is that the National Health Fund (NFZ) will pay the clinic for the pointless test. This woman represents the healthcare system in her interactions with the patient and works to improve her clinic's image. This woman's lack of compassion and empathy is shocking and means I won't even be accepting the x-ray results. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND using a facility with such callous work standards. I rate this treatment of patients one star, as I can't give it any lower.

  Bottom and seaweed. From the moment you walk in, the reception desk says neither "be" nor "me" nor "hello" nor "kiss my ass." They tell me to take a number to get in line, but there's no option to "find out the office number." After a rude woman snapped at me for daring to ask her about the office number, I went to number 82. And, as usual, there was a delay. But that's nothing after what happened to me at the office. Dermatologist Alicja Gozdek-Antoniak should close her pathetic medical practice and stay home. It turns out there's some woman in the office because she can't use a computer. After asking her why I came to her, I showed her my referral and tried to describe my problem, but I wasn't allowed to because she said dermatologists don't treat excessive sweating. She wouldn't let me describe my medical history, how I treated it, or what I'd used in the past—she simply stated that I was 100% sure I had bad test results and a bad lifestyle (without even asking her about it or reviewing the results). I refuted her claim; the current test results (from three days ago) showed up, so she told me I should see an internist because She won't help me, she opened the door and told me to leave. It's pathetic. I won't let this matter go and I'll file a complaint with the Patient Ombudsman.

  You can do some renovations to change the image, but if you don't replace the staff or provide customer service training because PATIENT = CUSTOMER, the same abysmal quality will remain. The front-line reception desk is a joke; two young, painted girls are digging into their ears with a 5-cm nail, discussing private matters loudly, and looking at people in line with contempt. Three days in a row, from 7:15 AM, there are no doctor's appointments available. Same thing next week. To an internist. And the lady says, "No, there aren't any, so what should I do?"

  I've just had an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Przemysław Sordyl. I strongly advise against it. They didn't conduct a medical history. They only ordered an X-ray of one knee, despite bilateral pain. After the examination, I wasn't readmitted – another appointment was scheduled in a month, despite persistent inflammation and effusion. They didn't discuss further treatment.

  In December 2025, my wife and I visited Dr. Olga Stawska at the Warsaw Healthcare Center on Na Uboczu Street due to a viral infection. We were a little apprehensive about this visit after reading reviews about her. However, the reality surprised us. The doctor was very polite and approachable, explained everything well, performed a thorough examination, taking into account the differences in my wife's and my health histories, and selected individual medications, even though the infection was the same. Seriously, let's respect ourselves and the doctors. Despite flu season, none of the patients were wearing masks, and by helping us, the doctors are risking infection themselves. If we criticize others, let's start with ourselves. If we need help, let's give it to others.
