Tragedy is an understatement! The neurologist was not only half an hour late, but also spent another 20 minutes on the phone. The doctors at this clinic are very arrogant. They make patients feel like they're being treated as a favor.

It's a tragedy. It's impossible to reach me by phone, despite numerous attempts. I see that other victims have experienced the same thing. The responses to reviews on the same topic are "that's a thing of the past, things are different now." Well, clearly not. Customer service is a disaster. After waiting for the call, I'm informed that the dermatologist "went home." They inform me that I'm coming without a prior appointment, and then I get no response. It's sad that in these times we have to suffer for the convenience of "doctors."

Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery Clinic Drama... We went to register for an appointment today, and the doctor was shooing everyone away, refusing to see anyone, and there were no patients in line. At the registration desk, the woman asked if the doctor would see us. We were supposed to know that? And then we had to chase after the doctor, who was suddenly nowhere to see us, to ask if he would see us? I thought they were taking care of that at the registration desk :) This is a joke... I'd advise taking care of it.

Doctors are seeing patients every 5 minutes, in a row. You arrive last at your 7:50 PM appointment, and they don't show up until 5:40 PM... one big mistake...
