I had a baby delivery here through Caesarian section. And the experience staying here in the hospital was absolutely the best! First, they made sure I felt good and monitored the baby the whole night before the surgery. Then, preparation was quick and professional with all thoughts about my comfort. The obstetrician staff was helpful and explained everything in great detail. What was amazing is that they wanted truly understand that I was getting everything right in Polish / mixed English since I’m not a native Polish speaker. I didn’t feel here any resentment for that as I did in other hospitals sometimes. The staff, like everyone, was answering and giving advice to any questions re my recovery, pain management, baby, etc. I also had a commercial room after the surgery so my hb could sleep over with us and help with the baby. The food was good. Three times per day for me and the hb. Plus, whenever I asked for formula for the baby, I was given a bottle and instructions. I will recommend the maternity wind here to everyone under NFZ! Special thank you to my surgeon Jurii Feduniv, pani Magdalena (a midwife), and anaesthesiologist on ward on Oct 1st

The experience with the hospital was terrible. The doctors were very enthusiastic, friendly, and professional, but some nurses had a very unprofessional working attitude, poor demeanor toward patients, were racially discriminatory, and prejudiced against foreigners.

Absolutely poor service and patient care. The doctors don’t care about the patients and make us wait for 10 hours even if there’s a medical emergency. The doctors have no sense of medical ethics, they are racist, extremely rude and ill mannered. We are taxpayers in Poland and have every right to get good quality of healthcare. The doctors at this hospital don’t know how to talk to patients, they start fighting even when you have a treatment scheduled and a recepta. Extremely pathetic hospital, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Just delivered our baby here. Highest level of attention to mom before delivery, awesome attitude after, amazing staff involvement during the process. I had a chance to stay during whole process, so this is really flexible, you can chose what you want. Staff really cares of you, any request is treated properly. Really recommended for baby delivery. And.. Thank you to all staff who helped us during last few days!
