I don't recommend it because of the registration process. My teleconsultation was scheduled three days ago, and it was clearly stated at the time of registration. I waited 50 minutes for the scheduled teleconsultation, but no response. When I struggled to get through to the receptionist, the woman was surprised that it was supposed to be a teleconsultation. Not a word of apology, a very rude and arrogant response. This tarnishes the image of the entire clinic, as most of the doctors are competent. A sick patient calls the clinic with various problems (I happened to have a cardiac issue). So, the added stress and arrogant reception staff can only worsen the condition.

I don't recommend this facility; what's happening here leaves a lot to be desired. The treatment room should be open until 6:00 PM, just like the doctors do, but when I call, they keep telling me it's until 11:00 or 12:00. So where do I go to change a dressing? Where do I go for a child's wound? Where do I get an injection after work? Of course, there are also objections to doing anything at this clinic. People are left to their own devices. The facility is too small for the number of people living there. There should be some kind of limit, and someone from outside should be monitoring the work of doctors, nurses, and receptionists. It's a disaster.

A disaster. The facility is closed until 6 PM, and after 4 PM, there's no pediatrician. It's impossible to get through. The receptionist is twirling her hair and not scheduling appointments for the next day. According to her, the only option for registration is to show up at the registration desk in person at 7:30 AM, and maybe we'll get through... Drama!
