The reception service leaves much to be desired. I've been calling for two days, and no one answers. Getting off at the clinic entrance, I started calling again. I walked in with my phone ringing. Two women were sitting there, no patient, no doctor in the office. One was talking on a different phone number, the other looked at me in surprise when I showed her that I was constantly calling them, there was a dial tone, and the phone wasn't ringing. Then it was just a downward spiral. I was told that I was the problem, that the doctor hadn't issued me a yearly prescription, and there was no willingness to help or resolve the situation in any way. I don't recommend this!

Dr. Augustyniak is a very kind and approachable specialist. He performed the prenatal examination with great sensitivity and calm, explaining everything thoroughly. It's clear he has a great approach to patients – gentle, kind, and professional. We felt very comfortable and cared for. I definitely recommend him to every expectant parent!

The doctor is always late in the morning. You have to wait 100 years for her to kindly show up.

Terrible service at the reception. The girls just sat there and blinked. We arrived at the appointed time, but the doctor wasn't there. For a phone appointment, the doctor called later than scheduled.
