I chose the Starmed clinic based on Google reviews (4.3 rating), but my experience was very disappointing. Honestly, I don't understand where such good reviews come from. Making an appointment with a doctor is next to impossible. When a patient is already taking antibiotics and urgently needs a prescription to continue treatment, the proposed appointment isn't for another four days, even though the medication is needed the next day. As a result, treatment is interrupted. The reception desk and the hotline inform me that they can't do anything: – no quick teleconsultation option, – no e-prescription option, – no solution for emergencies. It's hard to believe that patient care is like this in the 21st century. The website is also poorly functional and doesn't help with urgent matters. In summary: if you have the option of using another clinic, I sincerely recommend choosing another one.

Yesterday I had my first visit to this clinic. My first impression was excellent, the receptionist was friendly. Dr. Włodzimierz Salwach was polite, matter-of-fact, and gentle.

It's a disaster. I'm waiting for a blood draw, surrounded by a ton of people. I ask the receptionist if I can go in first because I'm pregnant... the lady doesn't know, I have to talk to Synevo. I'm already pushing my way through the crowd of angry people, who know no one will give up their seat for me. I have no idea what this receptionist's name is, and I don't even want to find out, but the situation occurred on October 9th, before 10 a.m. A little empathy never hurt anyone. I guess...

Today I had my blood drawn on Srebrna Street, and I'd like to sincerely thank the woman (I'm not sure I remember her name correctly – Paulina or Monika) who performed the test. She was incredibly polite, professional, and gentle – everything went smoothly and in a very pleasant atmosphere. It's very rare to find people so dedicated to their work and with such a positive approach to patients. We need more people like her in the right place! ❤️

I recommend this clinic; everything is in perfect order. Both the medical and reception staff are top-notch. Ms. Wiktoria has saved me in a crisis more than once. I couldn't wish for more clinics like this :)
