Troche poprzez swój błąd myślałem, że w klinice wykonywany jest zastrzyk blokady kręgosłupa (tak mi podpowiedziało google). Podczas telefonicznego umawiania wizyty, wyraźne było przekazane, że chciałbym przyjść na "zastrzyk blokadę kręgosłupa" ponieważ czuję ból w odcinku lędźwiowym i jestem wykrzywiony. 2 gwiazdki za to, że nie zostałem poinformowany od razu, że taki zabieg nie jest oferowany w klinice Symetria. Przez telefon zostałem poinformowany, że po konsultacji z ortopeda, jeśli zleci zastrzyk, koszt całej wizyty będzie kosztował 450zł. Na miejscu podczas rozmowy z lekarzem dowiedziałem się, że w klinice nie są wykonywane zastrzyki w plecy. Jak bym został o tym poinformowany przy umawianiu wizyty to bym umowił sie do innej placówki gdzie taki zabieg jest oferowany. Mateusz S.

Proctology visit. A competent, polite, and professional doctor. He patiently explains all concerns and the treatment process. The doctor definitely prioritizes the quality of the visit; I highly recommend it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this medical center after my disappointing experience with the endocrinologist. My appointment on February 11th was delayed by over half an hour, but that wasn't the worst of it. When I asked about the need for a thyroid ultrasound, the doctor replied (and I quote verbatim): "Such unruly patients today... I won't be able to get your ultrasound." So, because of other people's delays, I didn't get an important test, which I actually came to the doctor for. In the end, I had to wait about 10 minutes for a prescription to be issued because the doctor went to the reception desk to attend to a previous patient who still hadn't left. It was a mess, there was no apology, I didn't receive a printed summary of the visit, but they didn't forget to charge me. Terrible service, and it was a paid service! Stay away.

Very professional care and excellent specialists. Mr. Ernest handled our active little rascal perfectly, and Ms. Kasia Kołodko made another contribution by supporting our little Kostuś's development. The support was invaluable, both in terms of physiotherapy and osteopathy, as well as comprehensive care and development for the 9-month-old.

I scheduled my daughter for a physiotherapy appointment. My husband attended the first appointment. A series of treatments was recommended. Instead of exercises, osteopathic treatments were supposed to help. At the last appointment, we were advised to continue therapy with a physiotherapist/osteopath friend, and I was informed that the asymmetry of her shoulder blades had disappeared after the previous treatment. Two weeks later, at a visit with the recommended physiotherapist, I learned that my child had asymmetry in the position of her shoulder blades. So, it turns out that five visits (one month's time) were a waste of time, not to mention the cost.
