I would like to share this review on behalf of my mother, who was very pleasantly surprised by the medical care she received. Both Dr. Elżbieta Matusz and the nurse, Ms. Hład, showed her great kindness, professionalism, and care. My mother particularly appreciated the exceptionally pleasant, calm, and even family-like atmosphere during her visit. She felt listened to, well-cared for, and treated with great respect. Unfortunately, this kind of approach is not common these days, so we wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation. Thank you again for the excellent care.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Ward in Gryfice for the excellent care they provided during my cesarean section delivery. I felt truly safe and cared for at every stage – both during the surgery itself and throughout my hospital stay. The nurses and midwives are not only professional but also incredibly empathetic. They treat each problem and each patient individually, with complete understanding and patience. The doctors showed great interest in their patients' well-being, answered all questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and calm. This made my stay at the ward a truly positive experience. I recommend them to all expectant mothers.

We were on vacation. Unfortunately, our son got a cut that needed stitches. I had already googled the reviews of the hospital beforehand, and they were terrible. And we can only confirm that. We were completely ignored at first; we didn't even know we had to take a number. The nurse at the emergency room reception refused to speak English with us, and she certainly could! After we were finally admitted, it was just a matter of waiting, waiting, waiting... Since we had a small baby with us, I eventually asked how long it would take and showed the woman that we had a crying baby. I was immediately snapped at in Polish! So we left and drove another two hours to a different hospital where we were at least treated well. In Germany, we wouldn't be treated like that!
