While on vacation with my children in Mrągowo, I suffered a cervical spine injury. I ended up in the hospital's emergency room. I waited my turn, and they took an X-ray; they suspected two fractured vertebrae. They also did a CT scan without delay. The two women in the emergency room, the paramedics, and the doctor were very kind and helpful. While waiting for the CT scan report, one woman even covered me with a blanket to keep me warm. It turned out it wasn't a fracture, so I was released with a referral to an orthopedist. I arrived there before 9:00 PM and was at the hotel by 2:00 AM. I can wholeheartedly recommend this facility. Contacting Internal Medicine is worse than a joke. I called at 7:25 PM (January 23, 2026). The nurse I spoke with should be working in a public restroom, not in a hospital with sick people. Please investigate the conversation and take appropriate action. These nurses need to be replaced. Don't allow such people to care for patients!

The internal medicine ward at this hospital is a complete mess. Medical care is at the bare minimum. For four days, no one even bothered to change dressings (the staff had to do it for them). The nurses have time to chat over coffee, but there were no volunteers to care for the sick. Whenever anyone asked a question, there was only an exchange of glances and no response. This is a death ward, not a hospital. Just to finish them off.

It's hard to find words to describe how wonderful people I met at this hospital. I've been there three times, and each time I received top-notch care. The feared birth didn't become a trauma thanks to these wonderful people. Thank you to all the gynecologists, but especially to Dr. Ordon, who drops everything and "runs" to his patients. Also, a big thank you to the wonderful pediatrician, the neonatal aunts, and the midwives. You are all wonderful examples for other hospitals and facilities, for putting not only knowledge and skills into your work, but also a heart that gives patients so much warmth, and despite being in the hospital, you feel at home.
