I had two surgeries under the care of Dr. Krzysztof Mawlichanow, excellent care before and after , very helpful nurses. Highly recommended Dr Krzysztof and his approach and dedication is beyond anything.

Amazing treatmant, very friendly staff and the most important amazing Doctor. I had a little surgery with Dr. Mawlichanów and I couldn’t make a better choice of a doctor. His approach and dedication is beyond anything I could possibly imagine.

Receptionists at the front desk are rude and disrespectful. You have to call all day sometimes for someone to pick up. I called to ask about my test results and they hung up after I asked if the results were ready. Then I try calling again, noone picks up. When someone finally picked up, they just hung up on me before I even could say a word. They also mess up your appointments and don’t save them in the system sometimes. So it’s better to ask them to write the date and doctor’s name on a card to have a proof. This happened to me twice before and all they can do is awkwardly smile at you. I did confront them about hanging up on their patients after they pick up the phone, they did not know what to say, then asked to wait, and in a few seconds came back on the phone and asked „yes, something else?” So, yeap, great communication.
