A modern hospital, partly recently renovated, plenty of parking spaces, good infrastructure, and buses also run directly to the hospital.

On the plus side, the level of care in the pregnancy and postpartum pathology wards was excellent. The midwives were mostly angels; I was sad to leave them after nine days in the hospital. The doctors were neutral and okay, some more optimistic and easy to talk to, others less so. On the downside, they weren't always willing to treat the patient holistically. Even though I was already mentally exhausted after the long induction and stressed that I no longer wanted a natural birth, they insisted they did. Well, okay, we ended up having a vaginal delivery anyway. As for the surgery itself... everything went smoothly. I felt throughout the entire stay and on the table that we were in good hands, but I really lacked support during the delivery, which I arrived with strong contractions, nerves, and extreme fatigue, and I was shaking all over. There was one midwife who, at my request, held my head and offered me a hand. She was a very kind woman. A message to the midwives, if you're reading this... you are a very important support to us during labor. Even just shaking hands and saying nothing... when my husband cannot enter the operating room or for some other reason we are alone at that moment.
