The pediatric department is top-notch! The doctors are incredibly helpful, warm, and empathetic—they always took the time to explain things and showed tremendous support to both children and parents. ❤️❤️❤️ The nurses also deserve great recognition for their care, patience, and professionalism. The kitchen staff is also very kind, friendly, and helpful. We thank the entire team for their excellent care and warm atmosphere. The food and holiday decor are first-rate. P.S.: The nurses also agreed to a small rearrangement so the baby could sleep with me.

I'd like to thank the entire team for their professional care during the vascular port procedure. From the very first moment, I felt I was in good hands. Dr. Wojciech Morawiec, an excellent surgeon, kept me informed about every step of the procedure, which was very reassuring and built a sense of security. The entire team was smiling, calm, and extremely friendly. The atmosphere in the room was truly positive, practically eliminating any pre-procedure stress. The procedure itself went smoothly and much more smoothly than I expected. Thank you for your professionalism, empathy, and personal approach to the patient. Teams like this truly make a huge difference. 👏

I highly recommend the otolaryngology department. Professional, passionate doctors with great commitment, very kind nurses, and a wonderful ward nurse. Excellent care, good and fresh food, plenty to eat. The cleanliness of the department is excellent. I wish every hospital had this!

If, by definition, people with a direct referral to a ward shouldn't be in the ER, why are they kept there for several hours and then sent home? Do primary care physicians not know their job? They refer patients when they can't help them in an outpatient setting and refer them to a specific ward, that's how I understand it. Unfortunately, I don't understand when they discharge a sick patient!

After today's visit to the hospital in Racibórz, I'm very pleased with the care my daughter received. Dr. Alina's approach was very professional and truly her calling. My daughter felt safe, and as parents, we haven't met such a good doctor in a long time.
