Spent 2 days doing several medical investigations, one including anesthesia. Very impressed with professionalism of doctors, nurses and other staff. Impressed was also my physical at home when he evaluated the results. Big THANK YOU to all those who took care of me.

I do not recommend this facility! Among the advantages, I can only mention the clean, comfortable rooms with a restroom and the dedicated nurses on the first shift. Regarding the significant shortcomings: - the anesthesiologist prescribed the wrong dose of anesthesia, which resulted in a very poor mood and a longer recovery time, - the attending physician failed to order basic and necessary tests before the procedure, - the inhumane attitude of the (senior) nurse on the second shift, lack of assistance and concern for the patient's poor condition. At 10:30 PM, I received a pill with the information that the nurse wouldn't come in at night, so if I felt unwell, I could take the pill myself. I should add that one of the complications after the surgery was a hemorrhage, and no one came to check on me that night to check on my health. I have previously undergone two surgeries funded by the National Health Fund and have never encountered such incompetence from doctors or such a lack of respect and empathy from the nurses. I strongly advise against it.

(MRI) Both the receptionist and the woman performing the procedure were smiling and helpful. They didn't give the impression of being "forced" to serve patients, which is more common than it should be with National Health Fund (NFZ) tests. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and modern. What's more, they performed the test on a Sunday – I booked it on Wednesday, so it was a very quick appointment. I highly recommend it!

A 5/5 rating in every respect. The patient was well cared for from the first phone call, through his stay, to his discharge from the hospital. The medical consultations, tests, nursing care, and other hospital staff were of the highest standard. I wish everyone such medical diagnostics. Best regards, Marta :)
