  I've never encountered such insolence from doctors in my life. The doctor at my one-year-old's reception, when I was terrified because I didn't know what was happening to my daughter, was probably very angry because she had to be woken up and get to work. When she learned that both my husband and I had high school degrees, she said, "What are you living on?" Doctor, we're doing great, we live abroad and earn more than you with our god-forsaken education. It's unfortunate and a shame you had to work through your studies and get up at night to make life miserable for people who just want to help their child. It's a shame you're a doctor, because with such brazen behavior, you're only ruining the reputation of such a respected profession. Similarly, the ladies bringing dinner are very angry when there's no room on the table. I put the bottle on the table, as well as the milk, because I was preparing the baby's food. But there was enough space nearby. Besides, I have the right to do so because the most important thing right now is my daughter and that she needs me. And a tip for the future, if you would take away the plates from the previous day when I'm not allowed to leave the room, it would be cleaner, Mr. Cleanliness. I'm giving it two stars because I also met some truly wonderful women there, who are dedicated to their work. They calmed my daughter down and simply wanted to make her hospital stay better. Thanks to you, this hospital is bearable, because the rest lacks any manners or decency.

  I decided to give birth at this hospital because it was supposedly the best, but the reality turned out to be different. I arrived at the hospital that morning with painful contractions that made everything impossible—sitting or lying down for more than a minute—and it turned out I was dilated and the baby was already low, which was why it hurt. They constantly pumped me with medication for my high blood pressure, which was already high, and all they did was cause a near-complete loss of consciousness, vision problems, and a whole host of other problems. When I asked for pain medication, all I heard was, "What do you expect from us? We can't do anything more, it's supposed to hurt." Devastated by the situation, I decided to speak with the doctor and midwife about a possible cesarean section. The contractions were getting stronger and labor wasn't progressing. Their response was that they were going to suggest an induction in three days and that, according to them, there were no medical indications for a cesarean section. After these words, I discharged myself, fully aware of everything. At another hospital, it turned out the baby wouldn't have survived those three days because the umbilical cord was wrapped twice around the neck and foot, and the heart rate was still low! It's absurd that a supposedly good hospital can't notice such things and give stupid paracetamol to someone who's been in pain for 22 hours! I'm so happy with the decision to discharge myself! That one star is too much.

  I must share my opinion and express my respect and gratitude to the entire staff who care for patients. The doctors and nurses truly care about their patients. The food is beyond reproach. I've met wonderful people, and I'm grateful for that. I wish everyone good health.

  My elderly father and mother have been hospitalized many times, and each time the doctors and nurses have been incredibly helpful. I've been treated with kindness and a genuine willingness to help. I won't go into detail, but I'll just say thank you very much :-)
