I would like to sincerely thank our local hospital for the excellent care they provided me just over a year ago. The ambulance crew, the nurses, and Dr. John all showed professionalism, kindness, and compassion at every step. Their support made a difficult time much easier, and I truly appreciate the dedication and warmth they gave me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your outstanding service.

A very unpleasant woman at the registration desk, who is also a nurse. She grumbles through the window, making it impossible to understand her. She told the doctor to write a prescription for injections, and only when the pharmacy didn't have the medication did they discover they had it in the treatment room. I should add that I went with my mother, who had an allergic reaction and her cheeks and tongue were swelling. I don't recommend the night emergency room. Thirty years ago, the patient received better care than they do today in Lasek on night duty.

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with the registration system at this hospital. A family member received a referral for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy, and our family doctor referred us to this hospital. About three weeks ago, when I called, the receptionist informed me that the registration deadline was February 4th and that I should call then. As instructed, I called that day. Looking at the call log, I made about 180 attempts to reach the hospital, unfortunately without success. Today I went there to register in person and was told it was no longer possible. I informed the receptionist about my repeated attempts to reach her, and she replied that she wasn't interested and that I could try again in April. With that kind of thinking, you don't know if you'll ever be able to register. The hospital is also very unmarked; patients don't know where to go to get information without asking for directions. I should mention that I've already called a hospital in another city, and we were able to register without any problems.

I am very satisfied with the care I received at the hospital's general surgery department, starting with the head physician, Dr. Bartłomiej John. Thank you, Doctor, for your professional care and assistance. You are a wonderful doctor and a man with a big heart. A huge thank you to the entire team, too. You are wonderful and wonderful, providing a high level of care, with immense patience, care, and commitment. The ward is clean, the nurses clean practically all day long, the food is delicious, and there are tailored dietary plans for each patient. Would I recommend this hospital to anyone? Wholeheartedly!
