I highly, highly recommend Dr. Wyrocławski. He seems to have confused his profession. He's unkind, doesn't listen to what the patient says, and claims I misheard. I needed an urgent referral based on previous tests, and the doctor gave me the usual. It's a disaster.

The clinic is good, and the staff is friendly. My only issue is the size of the clinic. It should be at least twice as large to accommodate more patients.

This clinic is a joke... When I finally get through, the receptionist hangs up mid-sentence... The appointment process is also a joke. You'll have time to recover at home before you can even get to the doctor! 😑

A moment ago. I called the clinic to register with the doctor. The phone was answered practically on the first ring, but I immediately heard "just a moment." I thought, well, two or three minutes of waiting won't save me, even if... But the photo shows the wait time just before I heard someone pick up the phone and hang up, so the treatment of patients calling the clinic is abysmal. It's good that someone answered, because that's also a constant problem. In my opinion, the patient registration at this clinic is a mess, but the doctor I see is flawless. She's a very nice woman. Do something about the registration desk. The only time I need to get something done is when I go there in person, and the registration staff have trouble serving patients, even though it's still more efficient than by phone.

The worst clinic in Fordon! Registration starts at 7:30 a.m., and people are already queuing outside the clinic from 6:00 a.m. to see a doctor. If you arrive 15 minutes before opening, you won't get in because they're fully booked! You have to assume in advance that someone will get sick so you can register on time! Shameful.
