  Unfortunately, my experience with this facility was very unpleasant, mainly due to the receptionist's behavior. The receptionists seem to be working there as punishment – ​​they are rude, rude, and lack basic empathy for patients. Their interactions are uncomfortable, and their communication style leaves much to be desired. In a place where people often come with health problems and stress, I would expect at least a minimum of friendliness and professionalism. If someone isn't suited to working with patients, they should perhaps consider a different position. I hope the facility will pay attention to the quality of service, as it has a huge impact on the overall patient experience.

  I've been a patient at this clinic for several years. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful. You can always call the registration desk at any time. Doctors have varying degrees of difficulty seeing patients. Some are on time, others are late. Occupational medicine tests were completed quite efficiently some time ago. The collection point is always full, but everything runs smoothly.

  This review concerns the reception desk: I reported for a vaccination appointment. The receptionist – a young woman with longer, dark blond hair – informed me that I was scheduled for a vaccination qualification, not for the vaccination itself. The tone of this information was lecturing and unpleasant. The employee then stated that she didn't see in the system that the vaccination was included in my package. As it turned out, the problem was simply due to an inability to locate the appropriate information – only after another person intervened was the situation resolved. After explaining the matter, I received a note with the office number without a word. When I asked for the employee's name, I was told "she doesn't need to introduce herself." I consider this behavior unprofessional and inconsistent with patient care standards. As a patient, I expect respect, objective communication, and basic courtesy from staff. I regularly interact with public healthcare facilities and have never encountered such a dismissive attitude. I hope that appropriate conclusions will be drawn from this situation, if anyone on the board cares about high quality. Therefore, I ask that you take action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

  For the first time in a long time, I used the services of the collection point and clinic. I was very pleasantly surprised – the service was fast and courteous. No one even bothered me when I asked if I could come in before the appointment time. I recommend it.

  I had a private appointment scheduled (ultrasound and Pap smear, costing 500 PLN) and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Upon entering, I was met with very rude staff – the receptionist loudly, practically shouting, announced my test type in a crowded waiting room. When I pointed out that I expected some discretion, all I heard was that I "jinxed her." The doctor was rude to me from the very beginning – he greeted me with the words "Please sit down, I won't yell at you," which was inappropriate. During the examination, I was asked to undress in the central part of the office, with the balcony window open onto the street, without any cover or nurse present – ​​a complete lack of privacy and respect for the patient. The Pap smear was taken in a hurry, literally in seconds, and the results I received were illegible. The entire visit was very stressful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic or Dr. Sawczuk, especially if someone expects discretion, respect, and standards appropriate to the doctor's competence.
