It's great that places like this are opening in Będzin, so you don't have to travel far to see specialists, but unfortunately, I probably won't be coming back. The offices open from 3 p.m. My appointment is for 3:20 p.m. and there's only one patient ahead of me, so I should be on time. Unfortunately, I waited 25 minutes for my appointment. Of course, it's great that a doctor devotes so much time to a patient, but if that's the norm, they should schedule patients every 40 minutes, not 20. My appointment also lasted longer than 20 minutes, so those behind me were already 40 minutes late, and that's just the beginning of the doctor's workload. When I pay a lot for an appointment, I expect my appointment to be on time. Another drawback is that the offices are completely soundproof. Several patients wait in line and hear every word said in the office. It's terribly uncomfortable; I don't want people hearing my medical history. It's unprofessional. And it's cold, both in the waiting room and in the office. Because of the delay, I spent over an hour there and was freezing. As for me, there is a lot to change here, there is potential, but these delays are the atmosphere of the National Health Fund, not private visits

Poor. It's supposedly top-tier, but it's actually communist-era, only nicer. I don't judge the specialists because you know how it is. If it's not this one, then another. They're not their employees. But to the point. The offices are small and cramped, the waiting room is just chairs lining the corridor. Zero discretion. You can hear every conversation in the offices. When the sun hits the glass wall of the corridor/waiting room, it gets extremely hot. The staff does their best, and I offer water, but for a place that charges an average of 400 złoty per visit, it's generally poor.

It's a small place, and the receptionists are hard to get along with. Instead of waiting two weeks for my results, I waited two months after they promised. It turned out there were problems with the results and they asked for a re-test. I received a refund, worse than with the National Health Fund.

The place is beautiful and clean. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. The receptionist was very polite; I never felt like an intruder, even though I made an appointment practically the same day, at the last minute, you could say. I was also extremely satisfied with my visit with Dr. Adam, an ophthalmologist. He's a very empathetic and friendly doctor. A true vocation. I highly recommend this place.
