Dear Mr. Jarosław, I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received at the facility on Jagiellońska Street. While in the hospital, I was advised to receive three doses of the vaccine. Today, I went to the primary care physician on Jagiellońska Street to receive the second dose, which, according to the recommendation, I should receive today. In the treatment room, I found Ms. Bożena K., who, after a private conversation, rudely asked me about the purpose of the visit. After explaining the situation, I was informed that Ms. Bożena was not authorized to administer the vaccination and that I should go to the Top-Med facility at Piłsudskiego Street 23. I complied with this information. However, at the reception desk, I learned that a referral from a family doctor and a certificate of no contraindications were required for the vaccination – documents I could only obtain at the facility on Jagiellońska Street. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this during my previous visit. I feel misled and unnecessarily sent from one place to another. I would have expected reliable information and a professional approach to the patient. Unfortunately, my experience with this visit was very negative.

What's the point of scheduling a patient appointment if that time isn't being adhered to? If the occupational medicine doctor doesn't have time to work at the clinic, she might be able to switch to a more punctual doctor. It's a disrespect for my time. The ladies themselves suggested changing the doctor and the appointment time! What a disaster!

I'd like to thank Agnieszka at the laboratory for drawing my blood. Despite the difficulties, she always does it professionally. The ladies at the registration desk are also always helpful.

The worst medical facility I've ever encountered. The entire medical staff is disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. You have to wait two months for your results and they don't even show up. They even complain that you came for the results. No one cares that the patient has an appointment and needs the results.

I don't recommend it. The receptionist was a complete misunderstanding. The wait for test results was twice as long as expected. It's worth noting that the test was done privately, not through the National Health Fund.
