The doctors are very good, I can recommend the pediatrician 100%. But these pseudo-nurses who sit at the reception desk are a joke, not nice, and nasty. Of course, you can call, but coffee is more important. I witnessed her pick up the phone and put it down, shockingly.

The best clinic in Brzeg! I've been there practically since birth and have never had any problems. The new doctor, Mr. Marek Szpak, is a very good specialist. Everyone dismissed my illness, telling me to change sports or work, but he was one of the few who actually engaged with me and led to rehabilitation. 😌 Very easy registration, treatment room, and on-site X-rays. I recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend this clinic! The ladies who work there are wonderful people with a huge heart for their patients! They helped us when the Brzesko Emergency Room, as usual, was completely disinterested in the patient. These women are incredibly knowledgeable and always provide expert assistance. Unlike the emergency room, the staff here are all competent!

Dr. Granat is great, but Bogacka? This is one huge misunderstanding. I went to this person with severe back pain, and she was completely arrogant, rude, and intrusive, not even giving me a sick note, even though she saw I could barely walk or sit up. I went privately for a scoliosis diagnosis. I don't pay taxes to be treated with grace and without empathy. You don't wish harm on another person, but I wish this woman the kind of pain I experienced. If she's going to have to come to work as punishment, she better stay home!!! I'll edit this because I called today, January 18th, to register my son, and someone on the other side also responded rudely as punishment. Who's forcing you to work there?

The clinic and service are top-notch. The nurses are kind, helpful, and accommodating. The doctors have excellent diagnosis and treatment skills. I have no idea where some of these negative reviews come from. If you're so unhappy here, I invite you to Ars Med, and you'll quickly change your mind about the service and staff. I highly recommend it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
