  We signed up for a pediatric clinic on a recommendation; I wouldn't recommend anyone to sign up their child there. We once saw Dr. Bladowska, a vaccination fanatic. We went with a sick child and spent half an hour listening to what vaccinations she needed and why they hadn't been done yet. When we asked what was wrong with our daughter, we were told it was nothing, just a runny nose and a cough. We've seen Dr. Koniarek-Maniecka several times, the last time yesterday. The doctor also sees patients privately at the clinic and makes sure they understand whether they're being treated privately or through the National Health Fund (NFZ), which is completely unethical for such young patients. NFZ visits usually last five minutes. Yesterday, we went with a cough, runny nose, and fever and were given dental gel. The doctor placed a stethoscope on the chest three times, on the back three times, looked in the mouth, and then examined her. He didn't even check her lymph nodes. Today, my daughter's symptoms are worsening, and we're going to another clinic. The pediatricians at this facility can only point out parenting errors, because, as you can see, my daughter got sick because she rarely uses a pacifier. Avoid this clinic.

  I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I've used the specialists' help many times, and thanks to them, I'm back to full health. The ladies at the front desk try to help. And if someone writes that they don't smile... well, listening to some of the people's comments, I probably wouldn't smile at all. I recommend it.

  I've never had any complaints about your clinic. The receptionists were nice and helpful, and the doctors were great, but recently something's gone wrong. A new doctor, Dr. Woźniak, has arrived. He's rude, arrogant, and constantly has a problem with anyone seeking help. The first time I came in with a cold, I felt like an intruder the moment I walked in. I squinted. Anyone can have a bad day, but after today's visit, I see that "this guy is like that" and that's just how they treat patients. I don't think that's the point of this type of facility. No one wants to feel like an intruder when they come in for help, when they're in pain, when something's bothering them.

  My review concerns Dr. Ewa Bladowska. I spoke with the doctor over the phone. I have a rather unusual problem because I started having problems with breastfeeding after the second Pfizer vaccine. The doctor gave me formulaic answers like "drink plenty of water," etc. She didn't conduct a basic medical history. I was treated perfunctorily, with professional arguments like: "My daughter is breastfeeding, she's been vaccinated, and there's nothing wrong with her. I don't know if my breastfeeding problems are a result of the vaccination or not, I don't know if I can find out... I simply don't know anything. I'm a specialist in a different field; clients expect a professional and reliable approach from me. Is it wrong that we, as patients, expect a similar approach from doctors?"
