  I went to Twórcy Zdrowie for an orthopedic consultation with pain in the knee and the area surrounding it. The knee was severely swollen. At first glance, it was obvious something was wrong. After about a 30-second examination, the doctor said there were no structural changes and that I should just rest. Devastated by the visit, which cost me 330 złoty, I at least asked for an ultrasound examination/referral, to which I was told it was pointless and that if anything was still wrong, I should come back for another appointment in two weeks. I suspect this was another scam, because what else can I call it, considering the story? The entire visit lasted about three minutes. For the next three days, I had trouble moving because the pain persisted. A specialist at another facility told me I had a misaligned patella, and I'm currently undergoing treatment. It's probably quite obvious that an orthopedist should diagnose such a problem, especially when they value their "expertise" at 330 złoty. Unfortunately, this knowledge is at the level of a Google search query or another chatbot. Edit. In response to the response to my review, I visited the facility today. I asked what would be done if I submitted my concerns immediately after leaving the office. I was informed that there was also a second orthopedist there to whom I could be referred. When I asked if this service would be included in the same invoice, I was given a vague answer that the situation would be discussed with the doctor and the manager on an ongoing basis. In any case, no further action was taken. Apparently, complaints could only be filed on the day of the appointment. Very unfortunate.

  I made a phone appointment with a clear intention: to remove a wart on my foot. During registration, I was only told I would be scheduled with a surgeon – no word on it being a consultation or the cost of 330 PLN just to "look at the problem." I was immediately asked for payment, and only at the doctor's office did I learn that no procedure would be performed. Had I been informed of this in advance, I wouldn't have come and paid such a high price for information I already had. I don't blame the doctor, but I do blame the lack of accurate information before the appointment. Patients should know what they're paying for and what they're signing up for. In this case, that transparency was lacking.

  I had a gynecologist appointment today. Dr. Romanowska was very gentle and knowledgeable, explaining my condition very clearly. I felt very well cared for by both the doctor and the friendly ladies at the front desk.
