The receptionist's service was a disaster. Zero empathy or understanding. In response to your response: 1. One of the few? I've read several similar ones here. And others were probably deleted after I called asking for them to be deleted... I received one like that too. When I declined, I was told you wouldn't book me in for any more appointments because you didn't want to have dissatisfied clients... I wonder what legal basis prevents me from using more specialists... 2. Secondly, I didn't want to get on a waiting list, but to swap appointments with my sister. I wasn't informed that this was breaking the law. By the way, this hasn't been a problem many times... 3. This wasn't the first time this man had shown such a lack of empathy.

The clinic is misleading. When I asked about making an appointment with an ENT specialist, the receptionist, when I asked about the possibility of scheduling an appointment under the National Health Fund (NFZ), informed me that the appointment was only available privately (or through group insurance at work), and then arranged an appointment and invited me to Daszyńskiego Street 30. Upon arrival, it turned out that the clinic required payment for the visit (330 PLN) and the patient was directed to a different address. At Daszyńskiego Street 29, an ENT specialist met me and there was a registration desk... surprise... with the option of scheduling an appointment under the National Health Fund (NFZ) – the appointments were immediately available – the receptionist bluntly stated that I was just another person being screwed over and sent away from my previous address. I don't mind that the appointment was private (I agreed to one). However, if I'm scheduling an appointment at a specific clinic and paying a significant amount for the appointment, that doctor should be available on-site, rather than paying to get an address. For an elderly person who would have to make such a visit alone, this is a significant inconvenience and problem. It may not be a long distance, but the unpleasant feeling remains. I'm leaving this information for others so they don't end up as screwed as I did. The visit to the ENT itself is perfectly fine.

I am very satisfied with the medical care at the gynecology clinic. The doctor demonstrated great professionalism, empathy, and patience. She explained everything thoroughly and ensured my comfort during the visit. The registration desk also deserves special mention – it was efficient, courteous, and very helpful. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Patryk, who demonstrated excellent manners, commitment, and kindness towards patients. His professional approach and willingness to help made the entire appointment process quick and hassle-free. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic – it's a place where patients feel cared for and treated with respect.
