At one of the public hospitals, they said there was nothing wrong with my foot in the emergency room and that they couldn't spare the time for it, so I walked on my foot for a month. It turned out I had a fracture. Dr. Lukasz diagnosed it, and I received treatment. After wearing orthopedic shoes for a month, the fracture healed. The hospital staff were excellent. It's been three months since the incident, and I felt I should write this review. Everyone can choose this hospital with peace of mind.

5 stars to Dr. Urszula Fałkowska (dermatologist). ❤ She's a great specialist with profound knowledge, but, what is more important, with a lot of empathy and personal approach. To mention another positive moment, I had laser treatment, and I couldn't find one thing on my skin during the visit (that needed to be removed). I found it at home and booked another visit frustrated that I would have to pay again. However, they did it completely for free, and Dr. Fałkowska gave me additional very useful recommendations. Should I need paid medical services again, I will definitely come back to this clinic.

Unfortunately, registration failed here; the examination didn't even take place. It all started when I called to schedule an abdominal ultrasound. I made it clear that I had a referral from my family doctor. The receptionist didn't bother to mention that I wouldn't need one, as it was a private clinic, leaving me to believe that a National Health Fund (NFZ) referral could be obtained. The next time I called, I called to get on the waiting list. THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, in the evening, I received a call asking if I wanted to confirm my appointment the next day. I was a bit surprised, as NO ONE had informed me, and you have to prepare for such a test at least the day before. But oh well, at least they didn't forget to ask for confirmation. I arrived the next day, as prepared as I could, and I gave her the referral. The receptionist (probably not the same woman) said it wasn't necessary, as it was a private clinic and they hadn't been affiliated with the National Health Fund (NFZ) for six months. Of course, I was surprised, so I said I wasn't informed, but so what? I left, wasting my time. The receptionist's disorganization or poor preparation to provide information about important matters ruined my research. Now I'll be searching for a looooong time, and I have a priority because, unfortunately, my health is declining significantly with each passing day. Thank you very much... I will not recommend this place.
