I'm a regular patient of Dr. Baj-Chojecka and I have no complaints about the doctor herself. She's a true gem; if I could, I'd give her thousands of stars. Unfortunately, the woman working at the reception desk is clearly being punished. After the tests were done, the facility couldn't inform me of the results, which had already been released, and when I finally picked them up in person two weeks later, the receptionist was nothing but hostile and cold, and I felt as if she resented me for even showing up. Furthermore, I once witnessed her rudely responding to another patient's question.

If only I could give zero stars... I'm sitting in the waiting room waiting for my wife. A woman comes out with a child (a teenager) in a wheelchair. The receptionist tells me there's an elevator but insists it's locked. The mother says someone would have to go with her because she can't leave her son alone in the car, to which the receptionist says she doesn't want to get dressed. It's a real shame. Previously, there have been numerous problems with registration, prescriptions, etc. Seriously, you're paying 500/1000 PLN per visit and want professional service, but the only thing that's professional is the prices.

As for the doctor's care itself, I have absolutely no complaints. However, the receptionist (a blonde) seemed to be working as a punishment, which created a rather unpleasant atmosphere. While waiting for my appointment, I overheard several phone conversations with patients – just as cold and "punishable" as in person. As you can see from the reviews, this isn't just my experience.

I highly recommend this clinic. Weronika has a great approach, explains everything calmly, and is truly reassuring. I was nervous about having my blood drawn, but it turned out I didn't even notice the injection. I haven't had such a good experience in a long time.
