Very bad. They easily cancel your appointment scheduled months earlier with no comments and even short notice why. The only explanation i got when called them myself is that doctor Olga Milczarek won't be available on that particular day and she proposed a new date for us - a month later! And this proposal made for a 6 months old child, after 1 month the problem can get significantly worse. Do not recommend 100%

I had an appointment with one of the doctors working there. There was a delay, of course (I think it was about 40 minutes), but it wasn't that big of a deal for me. I had mentally prepared myself for this eventuality. During my appointment, I received a prescription for a prescription medication. At the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me the medication couldn't be filled and that I should contact the doctor. I called the front desk to ask how to resolve the situation, and the woman said she had recorded it in the system and would get back to me. I've been waiting exactly a month for information. During that time, I called several times to inquire, although each time I picked up the phone, I had to explain the situation again, because I didn't know who I'd spoken to beforehand. I have no idea if this is because of the medical center or the doctor, but the lack of communication between them and the complete lack of communication with me has meant I haven't been able to start my treatment for a month. At first, I thought I'd found a great place close to me, but unfortunately, I won't be returning.

A joke. The doctor is an hour and a half late for a private appointment. The habilitated professor charges 420 PLN for the visit, which lasts 15 minutes. She provides documentation with a ton of errors, one sentence contradicts another, and it's printed crookedly. It's simply a joke. I don't know who recommends these doctors, it's probably some kind of gang.

Positive reviews are probably written by bots or commissioned by a doctor. A highly reputable doctor with excellent reviews was an hour and a half late for her appointment. Her documentation was full of errors, written like it was in elementary school, and some of the sentences weren't Polish at all, with no structure or structure. The visit also left much to be desired; it was a waste of money.
