  I don't know about the test itself, as we've only just made an appointment. But the woman answering the phone either works there as a punishment or is just trying to get some experience from the National Health Fund (NFZ), because it's very difficult to talk to her. She's unempathetic, completely blasé, and talks like a robot. I see I'm not the only one with this experience, judging by the reviews.

  Unfortunately, I have to give it a 1-star rating because Dr. Radko incorrectly diagnosed me with cystitis (based solely on my symptoms, not on the ultrasound or blood/urine results), when my problem was a 6mm stone in my ureter, which the next doctor detected immediately during the ultrasound. This misdiagnosis caused me several months of suffering, and I even had a cystoscopy, as recommended by Dr. Radko. If anyone has a less obvious problem than cystitis, I do not recommend this clinic.
