  1. I scheduled a consultation with a psychiatrist online because I didn't realize that online only works when the doctor already knows the patient. The day (!) before the appointment, I received a call in the afternoon saying the appointment was impossible because I was a new patient. Why don't you have a system and call immediately? A month of waiting only to find out the appointment wouldn't happen anyway. 2. The appointment did happen because I was a patient at another place where the doctor had seen patients before and agreed. BUT: he probably wasn't prepared for the possibility that the patient might have real, not imagined, problems. Because both the doctor and I were dissatisfied with the visit, I was supposed to get a refund. It's been almost three months and I haven't received a refund. Of course, I have to ask for it myself and call. And I'm still being brushed off. The doctor could have called himself and said, "Dear Madam, there will be no refund." 3. = I don't recommend!

  My rating – 0! Two days earlier, I personally scheduled a consultation and Botox treatment for a friend from Görlitz. All her information was entered into the system, and I clearly emphasized that the consultation and injections were required on the same day. Everything was confirmed! On the day of the appointment, the doctor started the consultation late, and after only 10 minutes, my friend left the office—because the clinic didn't have the product for the treatment! I was also suddenly told that "according to the regulations," consultations and injections are not performed on the same day, but no one informed me of this either by phone or when I registered in person two days earlier. The result? My friend arrived on her lunch break and completely wasted her time, not to mention being left without an important treatment right before leaving for vacation! This is a disastrous situation and absolutely unacceptable in a clinic that advertises itself as premium!!!

  I highly recommend Dr. Dominika, the best gynecologist I've ever met, competent, understanding, and very helpful. The lady at the front desk is also very nice, great practice, I recommend her 😊

  Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to attend the clinic due to an unjustified cancellation. My appointment was scheduled for Friday afternoon. The day before my appointment, I received a call offering to reschedule the appointment for an earlier time because Ms. Malińska had a significant gap between me and the rest of the patients and would gladly start the weekend earlier. I understood the offer but declined, as I had deliberately scheduled a time that suited me. A few hours later, I received another call informing me that something had come up and that if I didn't agree to the earlier time, my appointment would be canceled, and that's exactly what happened. It was a complete lack of professionalism.
