UPD: January 2023, I was disappointed with the ViaMed clinic. After several truly excellent years of treatment at the facility, the approach taken by the pediatricians and allergist has changed for the worse. No one informed us that we were receiving the last prescription for subsidized formula for a child under two years old. They justified their refusal in the new prescription with an "old" 6-month certificate from the allergist. The concept of "human approach" has vanished from this facility as well. And it used to be really good and heartfelt. ——————————————————————— I've been using ViaMed's services for a year now, and I honestly think it would be hard to find better pediatricians in Warsaw. A huge thank you to Dr. Natalia Opolska. Natalia is a woman with a huge heart, a gift from God. She examines children very thoroughly and makes good/accurate diagnoses. And also to Dr. Agnieszka Karol. Dr. Agnieszka is a very pleasant doctor who thoroughly explains all doubts, answers all questions, and presents treatment options. Special thanks to pediatrician Dr. Marianna Turek. She is a doctor by vocation; she always listens calmly, explains thoroughly, and explains issues related to children's health in a way that parents can understand. Such a professional doctor is hard to find these days. Finally, I would like to express my praise to community midwife Anna Bieniasz. Ms. Ania is a midwife by vocation who loves children more than anything. She dedicates a lot of time to explaining and answering parents' questions. I highly recommend these doctors to everyone, who always try to help, advise on the best places for testing, refer for additional diagnostics, or consult other specialists. Polish medicine is sorely lacking in people with such great and pure hearts as the four mentioned above.

I highly recommend the doctors' approach and the visits themselves. However, getting a child in for an appointment is a nightmare; there's never a spot (at 8:05). I think we'll change clinics.

A great clinic! Professional service from the moment you walk in, friendly and helpful reception, and doctors who truly dedicate time to each patient and thoroughly explain every step of the treatment.

Hello, I would like to express my opinion about Dr. Małgorzata Czerwoniec Geryl, who is a frivolous and irresponsible person. Apparently, she is the only person at the clinic who reports X-ray results, in my case, of my spine. She hasn't shown up for work in over a month. Although I was informed at the reception desk that the test results would be collected within two weeks, unfortunately, a month has passed since the examination and I still haven't received the results. It's shameful what's happening at this clinic.

It's impossible to schedule an appointment or teleconsultation. I called at 8:00 AM, and I was 7th in line, and there were no more "numbers" for that day, because there are only two doctors working until 12:00 PM today. The sickness season hasn't started yet...
