  The biggest downside is that if you need a family doctor right away, there's no chance they'll see you... you have to wait several days for an appointment. I'm delighted with Dr. Rybak. She's the only family doctor in this clinic who will examine you. She's good at talking and explaining things. She's always smiling and ready to help. She looks for solutions rather than issuing a referral to a specialist, knowing that the wait for the National Health Fund (NFZ) will be at least several months, so by the time you see a specialist, the illness will be long gone. Well done, management! I wish there were more family doctors like her in your clinic.

  The behavior of one of the women at the reception desk was outrageous, completely lacking in competence and manners. She showed zero respect for the patient, even resenting the fact that the patient came to see the doctor. (And it turned out I wouldn't be seen because my appointment was canceled, and she thought she'd called me earlier, while I told her I'd driven 1,700 km to have an appointment and just come for a walk???). All of this happened in the company of other waiting patients. When I asked the woman to be more friendly, the reaction was even worse. It's sad that other women working there are receiving these negative reviews because of her colleague, and it's clear from reading other reviews that this happens often. It's a shame that she's damaging the reputation of doctors and losing patients because of this behavior.

  I'm not really sure if this is a positive or negative assessment. Last week, I tried to make an appointment with my family doctor (I called on Wednesday at 8:00 AM), and the rather rude receptionist informed me that the next available appointment was Friday. So I decided to call a short while later (15 minutes later), and another woman answered, and she did find an appointment for Thursday. So, it's great that you managed to find an appointment, but it's a shame that it depends on which receptionist you see...

  Two weeks ago, I developed a bladder infection. I asked my family doctor for a referral for tests, but she said she would only discharge me after taking antibiotics. The antibiotic didn't work, although my condition worsened. On Thursday, I went to an evening appointment, and they told me to go to the clinic on Friday to get a referral for an ultrasound. Unfortunately, nothing could be arranged because it turned out the doctor wasn't available. I was supposed to pick up the referral on Monday 😔 My condition worsened so much that I developed a high fever from Saturday to Sunday. On Monday, my family doctor called, and I asked her again for a referral for tests, explaining that I was feeling worse and worse. She told me there was no need. I was supposed to come to her for an appointment on Tuesday, and she would decide then. And on Wednesday, she called me for a teleconsultation. If it weren't for my sister, who took me to the hospital in Gostyń, I don't know where I would be today 😔. I had blood and urine tests done. I was given IVs and fever-reducing medications. My CRP was 149. The pain was unbearable. It turned out that my family doctor prescribed such a weak medication that the inflammation spread further. Thanks to the doctor's help and the medications he prescribed, my test results improved, and my condition improved. I'm feeling better every day. And I hope my former family doctor learns more before she makes another mistake. Is it so hard to write a referral for a lab test? Especially since I rarely go to the doctor. It's very sad, but true 😔😔😔

  Today, August 5, 2025, I had my blood drawn and my blood sugar levels checked. The ladies were polite, but after 15 minutes of work, at 7:30 a.m., it disappeared, and I had to wait for the blood to be drawn. The second one arrived at 9:00 or 9:30 a.m., and she gasped, "Why am I donating blood if I have diabetes?" It made me furious because no one had diagnosed me with diabetes. I was doing my first blood sugar test, and the doctor and I were looking for the reasons for the poor results. I'm 40+, and the nurse here is smarter. Since Vigor Med is short of family doctors, I'd like to ask the woman who drew my blood at 9:30 a.m. on August 5, 2025, to replace me because she's smarter than the doctor. She raised my blood pressure so much that I didn't know what to say, and I couldn't either, because she was handling personal matters over the phone instead of waiting for me to leave.
