The lies and laziness of pediatric dentistry. Today, I wanted to schedule a private appointment for a 5-year-old child with a toothache at your dentist's office. The doctor refused, arguing that the child was too young and told me to go to the hospital. So stop advertising your services as dentistry for the youngest, because children like mine are clearly not worthy of dental treatment by your doctor. I asked from what age you accept children, and the assistant replied, "Well, he must be about 10." Shameful and lacking in humanity.

Don't get sick, avoid hospitals! You could easily record a new episode of the series—this time in Vita. My adventure with occupational health screenings ended right after my visit with the nurse, who responded to my "hello" with an enthusiastic "Ellaaa, where's the nail file?" Then, of course, instead of getting the referral registered, she started picking under her fingernails with this nail file she'd found right in front of me. Things only got more interesting from there—I learned the ophthalmologist wasn't there, so "well, I can't really get anything done today." Arranging a replacement doctor? Nobody there seemed to have heard of such a thing. In short: the approach to patients was definitely below any acceptable standards. It takes a lot of patience and time to get anything done.

I'm very pleased with the services provided by this clinic. Dr. Miśkiewicz-Kopciał and Dr. Pisarska always demonstrate professionalism and care for my child. I recently saw Dr. Kowalczuk for the first time, and I'm also very happy with my visit. Special thanks and recognition go to the receptionists – Małgorzata, Justyna, Anita, and Magdalena. They are always incredibly helpful, kind, and smiling, and thanks to their dedication, I've never missed an appointment, even an urgent one. This is a tremendous support for parents and a great comfort knowing we can always count on quick help when our child is ill.
