Doctors, you who are the bosses at this facility, should get a grip on those receptionists. Not only do you call at 7:20 sharp, and you're already 20th in line, and after 33 minutes the call is disconnected, but they practically always say that there's no room for that particular illness today. Why can't you register with them a few days or at least one day before your appointment? You have to wait hours in the morning for them to answer the phone. These women clearly don't want to work. Every time you visit the facility, you see them answering the phone, and some of them are very unpleasant. Patients will be leaving you and going to the military center because many of my friends have already transferred.

The woman at the registration desk made a mistake. She fancies herself a doctor, commenting as a specialist on whether or not she'll write a prescription for a given medication. Of course, after exchanging notes with reproach, the prescription card was accepted, and the doctor wrote the prescription without a problem a day later. She probably thinks too highly of herself.

I've been on the phone for twenty minutes. "You're first in line - please be patient." It's been 40 minutes already!!!!!!! After an hour, I got a call! Be PATIENT!!!!!

The woman at the adult registration desk is a disaster, always offended that she has to answer the phone and complains that she's calling in the morning and not at 12 noon when there are no more available spaces. I find it strange that you can't make an appointment for the next day, you have to call the same day. It's almost impossible to get through, and when someone does get through, there are no more spaces. What a disaster.

Registration for children is a disaster, it's a miracle to get through, you call registration from 7:30 and you're already at 20, there's still a problem to admit you to the emergency room, they send you because there's no more room.
