  The woman at the rehabilitation clinic who kindly schedules treatments seems to have missed her calling and should have studied much harder if she questions and comments on the specialist's recommendations. Secondly, she's rude because no one is in the hallway. I enter and hear an unpleasant "please wait," even though there's no one inside. In 15 minutes, she kindly opens the door and I can go in. That's how it was during the communist era, my dear lady, and not everywhere. We respect each other!!!

  I highly recommend this clinic. The receptionists are great. The orthopedist is great. Dr. Muszalik is the best orthopedist. I go there with my partner, he is also very happy. We have been going there for a long time. The appointment is the fastest and the doctor on the first visit makes referrals for tests. I recommend a specific doctor.

  I highly recommend this clinic. They have a friendly receptionist, always answer the phone even when there's a line at the window, competent doctors, and courteous staff. My family and I use them very often (even though I have to travel because I don't live in Pszów) and I've never had an unpleasant experience. Dear Patients, have a little empathy. We're all human and can have a bad day. It's a shame that people only write bad reviews and don't write about the good ones. Please come and see for yourself, and don't be swayed by other people's opinions. These days, people just need to look askance, not smile, and other such things to label someone as something wrong.

  I received a referral to an orthopedist from my family doctor. While waiting for my appointment, I had an MRI at my own expense so I could see the orthopedist. I wanted someone to explain to me in simple language what was wrong with me, meaning he would simply interpret the MRI and tell me what to do next. The doctor, NB, treated me like a brat, claiming I hadn't come to him for a while and couldn't read properly. I explained that there were queues everywhere, that I couldn't wait a year or two for a diagnosis, that my leg hurt and I was having trouble walking, and that I needed pain relief now. I left empty-handed (surprisingly, I didn't even get a prescription for medication or my L4; I'm apparently the picture of health), so I made a private appointment with an orthopedist, who calmly explained to me what was wrong, what to do next, how to manage the pain, how to survive until surgery. He gave me contact information for good neurosurgeons, and made me realize that, despite my young age, I had a serious spine problem and needed to take action. I didn't expect miracles, just a bit of empathy and understanding, a diagnosis, and reassurance, which I didn't find in Pszów with the National Health Fund, only privately in Racibórz...

  Calling them is a farce! Today, the attempt to contact them looked like this. I connected to the answering machine, information that I was 3rd in the queue. After 28 minutes, I moved up to the first place, where I spent the next 35 minutes, after which the system disconnected me. And so I lost over an hour. I am convinced that the switchboard is set up this way on purpose. I do not believe that the connection before me lasted 35 minutes.
