Calling and trying to speak English (warning in Polish that I would like to as a first thing) - operator just hangs the phone, what is this??? Tried 3 times. Is it a joke? What's the problem with saying we can only have a conversation in Polish? Why do you need to hang up the phone like this? OMG

I'm very surprised by the professional patient care provided in what seems like a small clinic. The friendly, family-like atmosphere, modern equipment, and helpful staff are all welcome. I highly recommend them.

Vivamed is a place I return to with complete confidence. I visited an internist and I must admit that it's been a long time since I've encountered a doctor who listens so attentively and explains everything step by step. I felt treated with respect; the visit was unhurried and genuinely concerned about my health. I received a clear treatment plan and a great sense of relief. I highly recommend this clinic.

I don't recommend it. The receptionists weren't very knowledgeable. The test was done on a flash drive, for which you had to pay an additional 20 PLN. And the information was only provided after the test... a doctor at another facility later refused to open the flash drive. They also refused at the reception desk... this is the first time I've encountered a test not on a disc...

I went for a Pap smear. I was told the results would be ready within two weeks and the clinic would contact me once they received them. Two weeks passed, no one called, and I called—no results. I called three weeks later—the same thing. A month later—they finally arrived. They can't be emailed because I have to sign for confirmation of receipt. I go to the clinic. Three women spend 10 minutes searching for the results, suggesting they might not be there after all. Finally, they find them. No signature necessary, though. And what about the results? The date is 10 days after the test! So they were on time, and I was misled. Because of this, I lost another test for which I needed the Pap smear.
