It's impossible to get an appointment with a primary care physician. Waiting in line three hours before the clinic opens doesn't guarantee an appointment.

I called the clinic for over an hour!!! I was always first in line, so I went there. Of course, the nurses and the doctor were sitting there, drinking coffee and laughing, and the phone was ringing. And this is supposed to help people?

Making an appointment with a family doctor is a challenge. It's impossible over the phone. Without Dr. P-ej and Dr. B-ej, it's a disaster.

The staff is very nice, but there's a problem with the phone. It's always difficult to get through. 15 calls and no response. It can be crazy when a sick child cries and you can't get through...
