  I can only recommend Dr. Katarzyna to patients with a normal body weight. During the visit, the main diagnostic tool was a website with a BMI calculator, and the meeting concluded with the presentation of a brochure about obesity. As a medical student, I'm aware that being overweight is a medical condition—thank you for reminding me. The test results took a backseat, and the focus was largely on my weight, despite my lifestyle changes and 17 kg (37 lb) loss in recent months. Furthermore, there was an assumption that I would have children and a one-sided "education" about the potential neglect of the child in relation to weight. The way the examination was conducted also left much to be desired. The lack of information about the subsequent stages of the examination, including the ultrasound and gynecological examination, made the visit simply uncomfortable. The sudden sensation of a cold, metal speculum in the vagina is hardly a standard for promoting a sense of security for the patient. One might expect that a female doctor, in particular, would pay more attention to this aspect… Ladies and Gentlemen, yes – I'm sure I visited Dr. Katarzyna at the Warsaw Endocrinology Clinic located at 59 Zygmunta Krasińskiego Street. As you can see, metal specula were still in use there just two months ago (:

  My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM. I received one text message saying there was a 15-minute delay, and another saying there was a 20-minute delay. I arrived at 1:50 PM and waited another 40 minutes before entering the office. I asked the receptionist twice if she knew what time I'd be arriving – she couldn't answer. When I finally got in, I asked if a Pap smear and ultrasound could be done in consultation, and most importantly, if the invoice listed "gynecological consultation," I was told to write to the receptionist, who immediately said "no." I asked if I could split it into one invoice for the consultation and another for the ultrasound and Pap smear. The doctor called the receptionists (as if one wasn't enough) who were in no way serving a client. I shouldn't be asking the doctor such questions; they can't split the payments! I received a DETAILED invoice, but unfortunately, they didn't seem competent at all and were very rude. Honestly? I felt like I was in a completely strange place, completely unsuitable for clients, with very low standards – either take what we have or leave. I left the office because it was impossible to communicate with anyone there. I quickly made an appointment with another office, and there was no problem putting everything under one invoice ☺️

  I would like to congratulate you on the selection of the clinic's medical staff. I sincerely thank Dr. Kochman and Ms. Agata for their professional performance of the lump ablation procedure and their friendly service. This solution is possible, and Dr. Kochman's implementation was effective.

  The doctors are qualified, but that's about it. The organization is a disaster – I waited over a month for my Pap smear results, which was the lab's fault. Then I waited another week for the Pap smear interpretation. The appointment was scheduled for a specific time, and the information should have been sent via email. The information wasn't on time, and it turns out the appointment was only tentative. I was finally asked to come in person – the Pap smear interpretation was exactly what the lab results said; I learned nothing different. The interpretation was supposed to be free (an appointment with all the tests costs 550 PLN), but unfortunately, I still had to pay for a terrible interpretation… a waste of time and money.

  I highly recommend appointments at WPE. I had appointments with Dr. Salata (an excellent doctor, in my opinion!) for endocrinology, gynecology, and then for my pregnancy. As an endocrinologist and gynecologist, he thoroughly investigated the causes before we initiated treatment. Once we started, everything worked like clockwork for me! He and I also managed our first pregnancy, so if you're looking for a doctor with extensive knowledge and experience, this is the right place. Detailed appointments, in a pleasant atmosphere, always answered all our questions (even the not-so-wise ones). Luckily, we reached the finish line, resulting in a young man who recently joined our lives! I will happily continue to be a patient of WPE and Dr. Salata because I can't imagine going to any other gynecologist or endocrinologist. And who knows, maybe my partner and I will approach him someday with a "sister/brother for our young gentleman" project. :) Best regards and highly recommended!
