Terrible healthcare workers, midwife and nurse was about to kill with their eyes because I am foreigner why I don't speak polish. They were sending me home without checking 1h wait for registration god knows when they will call me for Dr review. I have never seen such face that nurse showed me, not looking at me, turning her eyes doesn't want to help. Horrific doing someone who is in emergency room waiting for help

We were really impressed by the level of service in this hospital. Pani Sylwia (our midwife) is a person who cares and supports her patients (it is really important if you don't have any experience and delivering your first baby). We have got a lot of useful tips and guides from her. I can confirm that all was free of charge and quality of service is impressive! We choose a separate room (1 person in it and possible for partner/relative to stay overnight too) and it was the only thing we paid for. One thing, this hospital highly respects working hours so you will not be permitted to enter back if you went out during the night :)

Both of my kids born here (first 3,5 years ago and second 6 months ago) and we are really happy with all procedure (I do not speak polish and that wasn't a problem). Installations are clean and in excellent conditions. I did not pay any extra money to no one. The delivery room has privacy and WC. It allows the companion of the pregnant to join the delivery.

One star because lines here is something horrible. You register for the specific time. But old ladies on the line don't care. I've faced rudeness and impoliteness here from the side of patients. Please, ask doctors or nurses to invite the patients to the room by calling their names (ALL of them, cuz I see some of them do it). I'm not going to fight with grannies just to enter the room. Awful management. Bad experience.

You will die before you manage to get help there. I came there on September 2nd with a referral for surgery. Then I had to wait 2.5 month for consultation with a doctor, where they said they will call me back and the surgery is going to be in December-January. No one called me. A came there again in December, they said the surgery will be probably in January-February. Now is end of January and they still haven’t called. My referral expires in 3 weeks. I lost so much time and I don’t know what to do now. I don’t believe they will ever call me.
