The receptionist is a complete disaster, the lady with glasses yells at patients, she's very unpleasant, it's shocking how anyone can behave like that towards elderly people, a complete lack of professionalism, the people who employ these women should consider hiring more competent people... the receptionist, instead of attending to waiting patients and looking for patient records, talks on the phone about private matters, the phone in the clinic rings and this lady doesn't do anything, it's a complete disaster.

The reception desk is a disaster; these people shouldn't be allowed to interact with patients. Zero empathy. The smart lady at the reception desk orders someone with a broken arm to fill out paperwork. I wonder if B6 herself wanted to be treated this way. May karma come back to people like this.

I'm happy with this clinic. Excellent telephone contact, quick appointments, and no problems with accessing a doctor, referrals, or prescriptions. My children also went here for vaccinations, and the care was very friendly and professional. Even when there were no appointments available for the day and an emergency arose, the receptionists were always able to arrange something :-) I definitely recommend it!

I'm very pleased with this clinic. The doctors are wonderful and competent, the receptionists are always kind and smiling, and the nurses are simply wonderful, kind, and always there to help. I moved to another city, but I haven't changed my family doctor because I feel safe here and am always welcomed. The staff is wonderful and lovely.

A plus for the kind, gentle, and calm doctor. A minus for the staff: the lack of a working scale for the child, and I quote, "How much do you weigh? Please step on the scale with your little one and we'll subtract approximately." A minus for the lack of logistics in accepting a child for vaccinations. Waiting with a stressed and crying child outside the treatment room, whereas in other clinics you go in, acclimate the child to the situation, and calmly prepare for the doctor's arrival. You also have to ask for a band-aid for the child's bleeding wound from the vaccination. And of course, the classic walk-in and lack of interest in the patient, even though no one else was there except me and the child. You also have to call and ask for the vaccine yourself, because no one has contacted you for several months.
