Registration by phone at this clinic is next to impossible, and by email is impossible. To get an appointment with Dr. Ostrowski, you must call on the 20th of each month. This month, that day fell on a Saturday, so on September 19th, I tried calling every few minutes from 8:00 AM. To no avail. At 8:50 AM, I sent an email (the clinic's website asks for this method of contact if you can't reach them by phone) with appointments for October and a request to schedule an appointment with the doctor or contact him by phone. No response. Today, September 22nd, after 9:00 AM, I managed to call and was informed that registration was not possible because there were no more appointments available, and no one knew anything about my email address. Furthermore, in previous months, I was informed that if the registration day fell on a holiday, I should call the following day. Now, registration was the day before. Totally disorienting. I should mention that I've been a clinic member for about three years now. In April, I had surgery, after which the doctor insisted on checking me in. I haven't been able to reach the clinic by phone for five months. Cronyism is in full swing.

I'm pleased with the service provided by the clinic's staff—both the receptionists and the internists (I haven't used any others), who are friendly and competent. Appointments are always quick and appointments are on time, with no waiting in line. Best regards.

They ordered me and my pregnant wife to leave. They told me not to make any more doctor's appointments there because I didn't speak the language. They wouldn't let me use the translator on my phone.

I don't recommend Dr. Sieg. I had a breast ultrasound done with him, and he detected four lumps. When I asked if it could be a cyst or lipomas, he replied, "No, it's cancer." I went to a private oncologist, completely terrified. I learned that, firstly, a gynecologist shouldn't perform a breast ultrasound; secondly, they shouldn't use the term "cancer" but "tumor"; and thirdly, that it's 99.99% certain it's not cancer. As for midwives, they're very polite and will always answer any questions you ask. Dr. Ostrowski managed my pregnancy, and I can wholeheartedly recommend him. He's very reliable, answers even the silliest questions, and explains everything calmly. I'm writing this comment under my maiden name :)

I'm writing under my old name :) I called today, but it was difficult to get through. But the woman called back and I managed to get an appointment that someone had canceled due to my post-miscarriage concerns. The receptionist was nice, smiling, and interested in the patient's needs. In my case, it was the air conditioning being too warm, which I commented on, so she lowered it. I don't know why Dr. S. has such negative rumors. He's not bad at all, maybe he doesn't talk much, but he simply focuses on work, and his demeanor is unusual. But please don't judge him negatively based on Google reviews. The Polish midwife was also nice and smiling, which is a plus. Best regards.
