I ended up with my dad at the West Pomeranian Oncology Center. It's a known fact that these are places no one wants to go voluntarily. However, illness comes and you seek help. We, too, were looking for that kind of help. And we found it… Dad was admitted to the ward in Building 8. He was in room 139. And you know what? There are probably few places where, in such a small space, in such a short time, you can meet so many beautiful, kind, empathetic, competent, and dedicated people! Let me not mention names so as not to leave anyone out, but from Dr. L., through the attending doctor, the nurses, the cleaning ladies, the service ladies, the kitchen ladies, the man on duty—in one word: the entire hospital staff we met every day during this time—were angels disguised as people! Thank you so much—on behalf of Dad and our entire family—for your care, concern, EMPATHY, and for accompanying us during this time. May God reward and bless you a hundredfold for everything you have done for us and all our other patients. You have helped us greatly during this very difficult time!

Unfortunately, I've been there, and I'm back again. And what I can say is that the service is quite nice. Considering the number of people, I respect that. But, two appointments at a specific time. Then they told us to arrive, say, four hours earlier today, only to have to wait outside the office for four hours. We were hoping the appointment would be expedited, but I have no idea why we have to wait four hours when we have appointment number 20, scheduled for 10:30, and at 10:37, I've been sitting for 40 minutes, appointment number 5.

Very poorly organized. The woman on the phone told us to arrive on February 19th, register around 9:20 a.m., and we would be allowed in by 1:00 p.m. Unfortunately, at 10:40 a.m., only the third-place candidate was in the room, and we were number 20.

What's going on here is a complete joke. The doctor schedules the next appointment for 7:00 a.m. on the first visit, then shows up at 8:20 a.m. on the day of the appointment and starts seeing patients at 9:00 a.m. No respect for patients... Failure

Registration No. 2. Today, the lady with long hair who worked there shouldn't be allowed to interact with people. Sick people come in, confused, and the lady refuses to answer questions, claiming the doctor introduced himself and doesn't know him. I didn't know that making an appointment with a doctor requires knowing both the receptionist and the doctor. This is arrogant and rude.
