  I spent three days in the hospital having knee surgery. I ended up in a completely renovated ward, where everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, and meticulously renovated. The rooms are great, including the bathroom. The service is incredibly friendly; I've never encountered such friendly staff in a hospital, who genuinely help and care for the patient. I recommend choosing this hospital if necessary, because it's better to be healthy.

  On February 22nd, I was in the emergency room with stomach pain. The Ukrainian doctor/nurse was the height of impertinence and lack of manners. She approached me with a mouthful of food to perform an examination without saying a word. While performing another examination, she violated my privacy by not shielding me with a curtain or screen, with other paramedics walking in the background. The doctor and her colleagues mocked and gossiped about the patients. The behavior of these women is incomprehensible. You come for help and are treated like garbage. I hope the hospital will investigate what's happening in the emergency room.

  Neurology I have a very positive experience with my stay at the Clinical Hospital in Czeladź. I spent several days there undergoing tests and was impressed with the standards. The rooms are clean and serviced daily, and there's a kitchenette available for patients. The food is truly delicious, which is rare in hospitals. The staff – both doctors and nurses – are extremely helpful and kind. All tests were performed efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend it!

  On January 6th, I was forced into constant pain in my right shoulder, up to the elbow, on my fourth day of life. The emergency room doctor told me I'd have to wait four hours for an X-ray, and that would be the end of the hospital's help. The staff's empathy for the patient was completely lacking. On Thursday, January 8th, 2026, a private orthopedic consultation included an X-ray and ultrasound, which confirmed inflammation of the shoulder synovium, degenerative joint disease, and brachialgia. All it took was an injection of a blockade and medication into the ligaments. The hospital emergency department showed no compassion for the patient. The receptionist was busy arguing with the woman on the card, and I wasn't asked for my personal information. It's a tragedy; I don't understand why they're expanding this facility.
