I would like to sincerely thank the Night and Holiday Health Care team for yesterday's visit (February 24, 2026). The entire team—from Kasia at the reception desk, to the nurse, and finally to the doctor—demonstrated great courtesy and kindness. I felt cared for from the very first moment. I was very pleasantly surprised.

The staff and service are absolutely spot on. My daughter is in the pediatric ward. She has a CT scan and celiac disease. The meals are of very poor quality, questionable, and unreliable. The bread is inedible—dry as a sponge. The staff lacks knowledge about the ingredients of the meals (I wanted to check if they were gluten-free). It's highly questionable whether the catering service has prepared a diet safe for someone with celiac disease. Furthermore, there's no information on the carbohydrate content of each meal. The child received only three meals a day, compared to five in other hospitals.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Svitlana Iliasova for the exceptional care she provided during my stay at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Ward in Brodnica. Her dedication and empathy were invaluable. I wish every patient could meet doctors like her. I also thank all the staff at this ward for the excellent work they do.

My daughter and I found Dr. Anna (two-word surname) from the Christmas Care Center – we wholeheartedly recommend her ♡ From the incredibly kind receptionist to the doctor – a team full of calm, empathy, and professionalism. The arrangement of the Children's Ward and Clinic was wonderful :) Thank you so much for your help! We hope to never return, but we will have very fond memories of this visit :)

It's a shame you can't give minus stars and the staff won't take action based on these reviews. The nurse treats patients with a sense of superiority. This isn't the communist era, and realities have changed somewhat. You're here to serve citizens and help others. After coming to the emergency room, I was sent home despite serious threats. I hope karma returns; I can't imagine having the conscience of drawing a salary from taxes and neglecting the honor of serving the public. I should have pursued a different career and pursued an education based on that.
