  It's a tragedy! You used to be able to register on Monday for Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, or even Friday. Now, unfortunately, you can't even register on the same day because by 7:03, there are no numbers for any doctor. So many people registered in three minutes, do the receptionists keep numbers for "their" patients? It's a complete joke and a joke about patients. Avoid this place.

  Lack of empathy for people with disabilities, they lie. At 7:15 a.m., they refuse to register with family doctors. They refer patients to the most distant appointments. Even for rehabilitation, the referral is urgent. This should be fulfilled. Within 30 days, there is no community nurse or doctor available to attend patients for home treatments, including injections, dressings, connections, catheters, insulin administration, and self-care training. Not everyone can administer an abdominal injection... slackness. Overall, there has been two years of neglect regarding the type of services and procedures performed.

  The receptionists first call to see if I can come for an earlier appointment, i.e., for 10:00 instead of 1:00 p.m. I agreed and showed up. Upon arrival, it turns out several people in line are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I don't understand why they bother people and tell them to come earlier when they have to wait an interminable amount of time. Furthermore, I asked at the reception desk if my histopathology tests would be visible at the doctor's office, or if I needed to pick them up and bring them with me to the appointment. I was misled into thinking I didn't need the results physically, but the doctor told me they couldn't read the results and that they had to be picked up at the reception desk first. The appointment was paid for, but the results weren't read, which was fantastic.

  Doctors aren't showing up for work. Doctors are often an hour or two late. It's a complete lack of respect for the patient; people make appointments for a specific time, wait in line all day, only to find out the doctor isn't there yet. Not everything can be blamed on a lack of funding.

  The "nurse" who assisted Dr. Szyszko on the morning of July 22nd demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and class. She threw documents at the patient, raised her voice, used a pretentious tone, and sought an excuse not to perform the examination. This was the first time I encountered such behavior in a medical clinic. I left the office and canceled the examination myself, which was scheduled to take place an hour after the scheduled time anyway. With her tendencies and behavior, this woman should reconsider working in a prison.
