I've never had any problems at Medyk, but I eventually encountered terrible service in the treatment room. I have no idea what the woman's name was, but she refused to give me an injection simply because the medication I've been using FOREVER had a different name than the one on my referral. I have to stick to my injection schedules, and even a few days' delay makes a big difference to my body. Upon hearing this, the lady told me to make an appointment with the primary care physician who issued the referral the next day to change the name on it. Having no other option, I waited until the next day and called first thing in the morning (7:30 AM) to make an appointment. Of course, I was informed that my doctor was fully booked. If the lovely nurse hadn't been in the treatment room that same day and administered the injection without a problem, I would have had to wait another week for it to be administered. It was a disaster.

I had an appointment with cardiologist Ewa Sukiennik. This woman's behavior was downright outrageous. She started seeing patients almost an hour late. When I walked in, I hadn't even had time to take off my jacket before she insisted I start explaining what I was here for. When I started talking, she got up and went to another room, and I was supposed to be talking to an empty desk. She finally returned and, moments later, exploded angrily, "Sir, what's wrong with you?! You're talking and talking!..." I emphasize that my entire statement probably lasted less than a minute, and I tried to describe my problem as concisely as possible. The rude reaction, the lack of professionalism in preventing the patient from calmly discussing their problem, the rush and nervousness (remember, this person was an hour late seeing patients), forcing the patient to talk to an empty desk – all of this is simply outrageous. I wonder how the Medyk clinic can even tolerate such behavior from its doctors. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I recently visited this clinic, traveling from Wrocław with my in-laws for a cardiology appointment. Unfortunately, problems arose early in the visit, during a consultation with my mother-in-law, who doesn't speak Polish. I was there to translate, as I speak Polish fluently (I've lived in Poland for 17 years and graduated from Polish universities). I'd like to point out that both my in-laws and I are of African descent. The cardiologist (a very elderly woman) was unfriendly from the start. She asked about my mother-in-law's last blood pressure reading. I replied "17," unsure of the reading. The doctor immediately raised her voice, claiming that such a reading didn't exist. I calmly explained that it was probably around 170 or something, as I'm not a specialist and don't know how to read it. She then asked about my mother-in-law's medications. When I tried to check the name on the prescription because I couldn't remember it off the top of my head, the doctor started yelling again, accusing us of being unprepared for the appointment, etc. She then asked my mother-in-law to lie down and take off her shirt—which she did, leaving her braless, as the doctor had instructed. Then the doctor raised her voice again, stating that "we don't understand anything" and announced that she wasn't going to see her—neither my mother-in-law nor my father-in-law. She called the nurse and began to misrepresent the situation, claiming we didn't understand her instructions. This was untrue, as I was constantly explaining the visit. The nurse, hearing my level of Polish, realized the situation was different and tried to calm me down, realizing that what I was saying was true. In short, everything points to the doctor simply refusing to examine my mother-in-law because of our skin color. This is what caused all the unnecessary chaos from the very beginning. Since when can a doctor refuse to examine a patient, even if communication difficulties are present? This is very sad, especially for someone who has taken the Hippocratic Oath and is supposed to help everyone, regardless of their origin or skin color. This doctor should not be practicing cardiology. It's a disgrace for this clinic to employ such a person. After reading the reviews of other patients, I can confidently say that I do not recommend this facility, let alone the very elderly woman who serves as the cardiologist there.

The cardiology clinic with Dr. Ewa Sukiennik is a complete disaster... Don't be fooled by the rushed appointments like I was, because patients are booked for appointments every 5 or 10 minutes, for example, 10:05, 10:10. That's how much time is allocated, unless an ECG is being performed, then it takes a little longer. The doctor doesn't even bother to read the referral (the referring doctor included important information), there's no interview, no explanation, because there's no time. It's like being on a piecework factory assembly line. The doctor doesn't even bother to look at the patient. I'm shocked; this is the first time I've encountered something like this. I only regret the wasted referral. I'm wondering whether to report the matter to the National Health Fund.

Dramat Clinic. Registration is only available on Mondays, and even then, if you're lucky enough to get there. I canceled because I couldn't register for three weeks because there were no more spaces. This wasn't the only situation like this. Dramat
