  It's great that there are people who back up their vast knowledge and skills with extraordinary empathy. It's great that they see not only the equipment and the work to be done, but above all, the human being who feels, is afraid, and sometimes behaves irritatingly. The team demonstrates tremendous patience, warmth, and understanding. They don't create a distance that increases anxiety. They make the patient feel like they're not just another case, but someone they genuinely want to help. They take the time to provide information, but also for a relaxed and playful conversation and a smile. I sincerely thank the nurses, Ms. Łukacz and Ms. Adamska, and Dr. Rusielewicz and Dr. Mądzik. I couldn't have chosen a better place. 💕 I also thank the receptionists for their kindness. 😊

  I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. My examination, performed under anesthesia, was perfect. Dr. Rusielewicz is a true professional who knows his stuff.

  I wholeheartedly recommend the Zig-Med clinic in Tarnobrzeg! The staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Rusielewicz is a first-class doctor – competent, polite, and able to create a comfortable atmosphere even during unpleasant examinations. Everything was conducted with a smile and complete respect for the patient. They were the only facility in the area that handled an urgent referral very quickly. Many thanks to the receptionist – no unnecessary wait, and with complete dedication. I am very pleased with my visit and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  The receptionist must have missed the mark. She's telling me to stay home, and it's best to stay there since she can't seem to find her way around people. She answers questions with grace, even rolling her eyes. Of course, getting through on the phone is next to impossible. You have to go in person, because the lady is sitting by the ringing phone and not answering. I waited three weeks for an appointment, didn't take it, and left because the receptionist couldn't give me information about whether the doctor is available for a specific time or if I have to wait in line, and that's why she sits there and takes our taxes. Never again.
